Phase II Consulting provides shoulder-to-shoulder business consulting and operational tools to Navy SEALs, enriching and fortifying their ability to succeed as business owners and operators in the private sector.
The Phase II vision is to provide ongoing support and resources to Navy SEALs to strengthen their businesses infrastructure, identify and reduce strategic risks, and flourish while contributing to their respective geographic communities. We are building a highly successful, stable, reputable, well regarded asset and resource in the SEAL community.

Phase II is not a transition program, nor do we offer a curriculum for the purpose of career transition. We strongly encourage members of the NSW community to engage and participate in a career transition program which provides the level of guidance, structure, and tools apropos to the skill set within NSW. The Honor Foundation is a transition institute for SOF, providing a clear process for professional development in preparation for transition from active duty to the civilian workforce. We support their mission and encourage participation for those who meet theeligibility requirements.
